Damien Rice

Ho scoperto un gran bell'artista. Ho deciso di ascoltare qualcosa di lui perché sul giornale lo si paragonava a Tim. In effetti qualcosa c'è che li accomuna. La tristezza nel cantare. La voce di Rice è più delicata, meno potente. Lui fa musica molto intimista, non troppo d'avanguardia, un po' rispecchia la terra da cui proviene, l'Irlanda. Comunque l'album che sto ascoltando ora, O (è il titolo!), è bellissimo. Alcune canzoni sono vere e proprie gemme. Ad esempio la mia preferita, ad ora, The blower's daughter:
